My late Memaw commissioned this box in 2011. She loved watching the Wood Duck families from her houseboat porch. She asked for a box with a picture of a Wood Duck family on the lid. This box was carved from Eastern Red Cedar wood.  The images of the ducks were burned on the box. Color was added using colored wood stain.
